    Vos futures missions :

    • Vous serez en charge du traitement des données sur notre data Warehouse / notre CRM (ZOHO CRM) et notamment de la surveillance et la propreté des bases ainsi que du déploiement de processus industriels de traitement de données.
    • En support de notre équipe sourcing, vous utiliserez MySQL quotidiennement afin d'extraire des fournisseurs pertinents en fonction des demandes acheteurs grâce à des recherches avancées en BDD ;
    • Vous exportez, importez et analysez des données pour mieux piloter l'activité et alimenter les commerciaux avec de nouvelles opportunités.

    Votre profil : 

    • Vous êtes étudiant(e) en bac+4/5 en Cycle Ingénieur ou équivalent et possédez une première expérience en Data. 
    • Vous avez une maîtrise avancée d'Excel (fonctions de tri, v lookup, fuzzy matching) ainsi que de SQL.
    • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre organisation et votre appétence pour la recherche et l'analyse.
    • Vous parlez couramment Anglais

    You’ll travel to major international tradeshows to meet your clients and discover the latest trends.

    We are a team of 40 people that are dedicated to change how sourcing is done today. To pursue and accelerate our growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Data Manager. 

     

    Your responsibilities:

     

    • He/she is making sure our data is free of any dirt, duplicates or other issues, and will notify the Business Analyst when he/she feels that we have missing data somewhere.
    • The Data Manager will be defining all the automated processes to import massively and also by hand, all the data that will be provided by our Business Analyst.
    • When people are making modifications of architecture in any database, he/she must know it, it might impact synchronizations!
    • He/she will make sure to put the processes in place to work with our outsourced team when manual cleaning of the data is needed, with constant reports highlighting what anomalies our databases have.
    • He/she will ensure the success of interconnection projects between our different databases (CRM, Wabel, Certain, and our future data warehouse), reviewing all the modifications done by the Wabel development team.
    • The data manager is leading all new data science projects: NLP, Auto-categorization, Scoring calculations.
    • The data manager will also make sure that prospection data is generated for each event in time with the guidelines of the Business Analyst.

     

    He/she will be in charge of:

    • Making sure our database is constantly deduplicated and free of anomalies
    • Generating prospection data before each event based on given guidelines
    • Importing new sources of data into our databases to enrich it
    • Guaranteeing with the development and product teams the functionality of our interconnections
    • Leading new projects of automatic and manual categorization of the database (companies, contacts)
    • Ensuring the follow-up of our outsourced teams projects (Data entry, qualification, etc)

     

    Skills:

    • High excel proficiency
    • Python (Pandas and Flask is a plus)
    • Understanding of APIs
    • SQL

    Your responsibilities:

    You'll be responsible to handle all purchasing groups in Germany / Austria / Switzerland / Ukraine / Russia / ME and you will visit your partners in the countries you will cover.

    You will be in charge of nurturing our existing retail partners and present the latest sourcing services we launch. We also make sure they attend our SUMMITS on all product categories.

    You will identify and recruit new purchasing groups :

    • Développer des nouvelles fonctionnalités sur la plateforme allant du back office au front-end
    • Administration système de nos serveurs

    Le profil que nous recherchons

    • Tu utlises PHP régulièrement (avec un framework!), MYSQL, JS (et si possible Angular)
    • Tu as déjà travaillé avec du SOLR ou Elasticsearch
    • Expérience de Drupal ou d’un autre CMS équivalent un PLUS
    • Expérience en déploiement continu un PLUS
